Drummer Emily Dolan Davies Exclusive Interview Video’s

We at My Drum Lessons where lucky enough to film an internet interview with the wonderful Emily Dolan Davies. Emily has drummed for Bono of U2, Bryan Ferry, Tricky, Cher Lloyd, Janet Devlin Tom Bailey from the Thompson Twins, as well as touring and recording with The Darkness on their album ‘Last Of Our Kind’.

We asked Emily some of the folloing questions:

Drum gear – what kit are you using live and in the studio?

Did you take lessons?

The first thing you learn’t?

What made you choose to play the drums?

Who are your 3 favourite drummers alive or dead and why?

Can you tell us how to get into a well known band as a drummer?

Your new tour Feathers & Cogs, tell us more?

Are you going to work with any other bands in the future?

The video’s will start from tomorrow so please keep logging in to see more.
