Job Opportunity: Sales and Marketing Director – Source Distribution
Description: HHB Communications Ltd are recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Director who will work as a member of the group management team to run the Source Distribution division with overall responsibility for maintaining and growing sales whilst also managing the Source marketing and sales administration teams.
Source Distribution is one of UK’s leading independent professional audio and music technology equipment distributors, handling a number of extremely prestigious brands across the Pro Audio and Musical Instrument (MI) sectors, including Rode, Genelec, PreSonus, Moog, API and Arturia.
Role and Responsibility
Overall responsibility for strategy and management of the Source Distribution business including management of sales, marketing, products and sales administration teams.
Driving and delivering sales and marketing strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the division’s strategic sales targets and goals.
Developing sales and marketing strategy that will deliver future year on year growth.
Formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies that secures the achievement of revenue and profit objectives.
Maintaining and developing relationships with all represented brands and new brands, making sure key stakeholders expectations are met.
Developing innovative and effective initiatives to enhance existing business, develop new business and identify new trends and opportunities in the market place.
Our Ideal Candidate
Comprehensive working knowledge of the Pro audio and MI reseller network.
Team player with strong management and leadership skills to plan, direct and manage the sales, marketing and administrations teams.
Dynamic, energetic individual who can lead from the front whilst adopting a hands on “get the job done” approach.
Commercially astute and willingness to contribute across the entire business to ensure overall success and growth.
High level of numeracy and analysis ability including advanced excel skills.
